Islamic jihadists do not stop at massacring children. Last year, the Islamic State (ISIS) executed 74 children for “crimes” that included refusing to fast during Ramadan and practicing “magic”.
It has also come to light that Mateen hung out at the Pulse gay club several times, according to witnesses. Pulse Performer Chris Callen said that in one incident while at the Pulse, Mateen pulled a knife on a friend after being angered by a “religious joke”. An eyewitness said that at times he would sit by himself in the corner and drink by himself, while at other times, he got so drunk that he was loud and belligerent.
What would an Islamic jihadist who eventually committed the worst massacre in U.S. history be doing frequenting the Pulse gay nightclub and getting drunk? Callen had a valid theory in stating that “Maybe he got radicalised and hated who he was.” But the possible motive behind scouting Downtown Disney for a possible attack is another chilling matter.
The Islamic State less than a month ago issued an audio message calling for jihadist warriors to commit acts of jihad terror during Ramadan and to “harass the Crusaders day and night and to terrify them until each neighbor becomes afraid of the other.”
