We don’t know the shooter(s)’s motive. Nine dead and counting.
As for reports the shooter yelled, my German readers wrote me this:
After listening to the short rooftop video numerous times and on a different device. I don’t think there were any police, but rather the man yelling obscenities was a citizen in the tall apartment building above. He was telling the shooter he was an “Arschloch” asshole, “Wichser” masterbater etc…then it is likely the shooter who says something about getting a pistol and finally “I’m German, born in Germany!” Then the man in the apartment building says, “[No] you’re a masterbater, you are!” The man speaking in dialect also shouts about getting the police over to the location.-This may well be a case like in Orlando with second generation, home-grown Islamic terror.
Whether or not this is a Muslim gunman, ISIS’ bragging that all of Europe is now affected by their terrorism is true. Such things are going to happen because people are increasingly frustrated by the policies – they should address the concerns of the people. The more the elites screw up our countries, the more unrest will grow. The risk of civil war is very real.
ISIS has repeatedly called for terror attacks in Europe. Europe’s disastrous migrant policies ensure there will be more.
The attacks are coming more and more frequently. We have to stop treating each one as a separate criminal act, and realize we’re in a war.
If it is a Muslim shooter, there will be the usual nonsense about how he was troubled, his motive unclear, etc. His motive is perfectly clear: jihad. Islam.
