Cops arrest man in connection with the horrific attack in small city of Reutlingen in south-west of the nation
A MAN has been arrested by cops in Germany after allegedly killing a woman and injuring two others by attacking them with a machete.
The attack happened in downtown Reutlingen, near Stuttgart in the south-west of the country, and it is understood the man was detained shortly afterwards.
The incident comes just days after nine people were killed by gunman Ali Sonboly in Munich, and a little over a week after a 17-year-old armed with an axe and a knife attacked commuters on a train in Bavaria.
According to German newspaper Bild, the man attacked the victims outside a kebab shop, causing a number of witnesses to flee the area in a panic.
